This predatory company scrapes publicly available PPP data from the web, and sends out official-looking letters about a strange credit called the SETC. 

They make a rough calculation what the maximum someone could receive, based on their PPP loan amount. Though it truly depends on many factors.

What they are really talking about is the FFCRA credit for self employed individuals, which can still be claimed on IRS form 7202 for 2021. 

If you or your accountant forgot to claim this, you can simply file an amended tax return in order to claim it.

If your accountant forgot or didn't know about this, they should really amend your tax return for free.

No need to pay some specialized company a large amount of money to claim this credit when you can do it for free.
