Don't make this common mistake. If both spouses have individual non US bank accounts, they both need to file separate FBAR reports (If you had over $10k or equivalent in non US accounts).
Joint reports are only possible if there aren't any individual accounts, or if only one spouse has individual accounts.
Generally, if both spouses are working a regular Israeli job, they both will have to file separate FBAR reports because of individual pension accounts.
